02Scope

This policy covers the Pulstrade mobile app, the website at pulstrade.io, and the web checkout. It does not cover third-party services you may connect to or visit (for example a broker, MetaTrader, or our Telegram channel), which have their own privacy policies.

03Information we collect

Information you provide

• Account details — your name and email address when you register.
• Authentication data from Apple or Google Sign-In (a unique identifier and basic profile info you approve).
• Trading profile settings — such as risk tolerance, stop loss, and lot size.
• Messages you send us for support.

Information collected automatically

• Device type, operating system, and unique device identifiers.
• Usage data — signals viewed, features used, and similar in-app activity.
• Push notification tokens, so we can deliver signal alerts.

Information from purchases & referrals

• Subscription and purchase data via Apple In-App Purchase, RevenueCat, or Stripe (web checkout). We do not store full card numbers — payment details are handled by Apple and Stripe.
• Referral attribution data on the website (a cookie set through our affiliate platform, Tolt) so a partner who referred you is credited for a web-checkout subscription.

• Deliver the service — generate and send gold-signal alerts and run your trading profile.
• Manage your account and subscription, and unlock Pro features.
• Improve the product and understand how features are used.
• Keep the service secure and prevent fraud and abuse.
• Attribute affiliate referrals for partners.
• Communicate with you about service updates and support.
• Comply with our legal obligations.

05Legal bases

Where data-protection law such as the GDPR applies, we rely on: contract (to provide the app and your subscription), consent (for push notifications and any optional marketing), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, and improving the product), and legal obligation. You can withdraw consent at any time.

06Sharing & service providers

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf, including:

• Google Firebase — authentication, database, hosting, and push delivery.
• Apple and Google — sign-in, in-app purchases, and push services.
• RevenueCat — subscription management.
• Stripe — web payment processing.
• Tolt — affiliate referral tracking on the website.

We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights. This list of providers may be updated as our services evolve.

07International transfers

We operate from the UAE and use providers that may store and process data in other regions, including the EU and the US. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for international transfers.

08Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, then for any period required by law. Referral cookies expire after 60 days. You can ask us to delete your account data at any time.

09Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. To exercise any right, email privacy@pulstrade.io.

10Security

We protect your data with encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11Children

Pulstrade is intended for users aged 18 and over. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

12Cookies & website tracking

Our website uses essential cookies to function and an affiliate referral cookie (through Tolt) that records which partner referred you, so a web-checkout subscription can be attributed to them. This cookie lasts 60 days and is used for affiliate attribution only.

13Third-party services

If you connect a broker or MetaTrader for auto trading, or join our Telegram channel, those services handle your data under their own privacy policies. The Apple App Store also processes your purchase under Apple's policy. We are not responsible for third-party practices.

14Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will revise the "last updated" date and, for material changes, provide notice in the app or on the website.
